Returns Policy

Our Exchange/Return Procedures & Policy

Conditions of our 'Exchange/Returns Policy', as follows.

For any garments that do not fit properly we will EXCHANGE the garments providing that:
  1. The garment is returned to us within 14 days of you receiving it.
  2. The garment labels are still attached to the garment.
  3. The garment has not been worn (except to try the garment on for size).
  4. The garment is not returned damaged or soiled.
  5. The garment has not been altered in any way by you.
  6. The returned item is accompanied by its original receipt.
  7. The item or garment is returned to us in its original undamaged packaging or in the case of lingerie, sent back in its tissue wrap and Lovin’ Lingerie bag.
  8. The item cannot be an advertised special. Sale items are listed as no returns.
We will always do our best to exchange your item for the correct size and in the same style subject to stock availability. Where we cannot supply the identical style we will offer to exchange for another item of the customer’s choice to the same value.

For any items purchased from the ‘Adult Toy’ section, we will be happy to exchange items of faulty merchandise only, due to the intimate nature of the goods and for hygienic reasons. Faulty will be determined by Lovin’ Lingerie and is mainly directed towards battery operated items. Non battery operated items will only be deemed faulty if there is an obvious structural fault. In the event of a dispute over what is deemed a faulty item, the final decision will rest with the company.

If that exact item is out of stock and will not be available within 14 days a similar item will be posted to the customer without any additional charge.

Return conditions for Adult Toys:
  • The item is returned to us in its original and undamaged packaging.
  • The item has not been damaged or tampered with by you the purchaser.
  • The item has not been used.
To ensure that the issue is resolved in the most expedient manner please contact our Customer Service Department by email so that we can advise you of the most appropriate method to rectify the problem.

When returning faulty products the customer must include the original packaging as well as the delivery receipt.

Please note, when purchasing stockings or pantyhose we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Excluding exchanges for damaged goods and incorrectly sent orders, exchanges may incur a $9.50 postage fee.

*Please remember to wear a panty liner when trying on your lingerie bottom or an outfit that has a panty bottom. We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try our lingerie on carefully.
